Cooking
Buy or defrost the ground beef.
Fry them in vegetable oil.
Add the egg and seasoning for minced meat (you can pre-whip).
Take a couple of slices of fresh baguette to soak or dry.
Grind crumbs from the stuffing.
Instead of salt use soy sauce.
I took the sauce is Kikkoman.
I also added some corn to taste (I think many left over from the holidays).
Mix thoroughly several times.
Carrots pre-boil and peel.
Here are the silicone molds I bought before the holiday. They can bake and sweet cupcakes, but today we can fill them with stuffing and press it to the bottom half of the entire mass.
Now throughout the length of the stacked carrots.
Close the remaining stuffing.
The top can be decorated for Christmas with cubes of pepper. And you can also crumble them inside.
Send to bake the loaves for 15-20 minutes at 180*, in the meantime, prepare spicy sauce: mix homemade adjika and sour cream.
Take out half of the loaf and cover them with fill.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Again sent to bake for 15-20 minutes.
Until all the cheese is melted and the filling will permeate the entire meat.
Take out the dish... I Got one immediately begged and ate))) When applying the cut for convenience.
We adjika spicy and it adds an extra piquancy to the dish, so I catered to their men!
And so that was the cut)))
