Chili con carne with pumpkin
This recipe is for those people who love pumpkin, or for those who want to feed your family good and delicious. It turns out very tasty and juicy. Try it and you will not regret.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Coriander

    1 pinch

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Pumpkin peel and cut into cubes. Then place in a saucepan, cover with water and cook until tender.

Cooked pumpkin blend using a blender.

Onion finely chopped, pepper cut into small cubes.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil and put the onion and pepper, fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the minced meat and soy sauce.

To the onions with pepper, add garlic, pressed, oregano and coriander, chopped chili pepper or dry powder, season with soy sauce.
