Chicken drumsticks in a mustard sauce with poppy seeds
The chicken in this dish is baked in mustard sauce and sprinkled with poppy seeds. If you are a lover of clean spicy taste, then do the recipe with Dijon mustard. German mustard has a sweet and sour taste, Bavarian sweet. American mustard has a sweet taste. You can serve it with any side dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    1 kg

  • Mac

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Lemon

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Pasta

    300 g

All the ingredients for the sauce, mix and whip. The oven to include at 200 g.

On a deep baking tray ( I have a fireproof bowl) put the chicken drumsticks. Lubricate sauce. Only the top. Bake at 200g. on 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, then remove from the oven. Carefully flip the drumsticks, coat with the sauce and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Return to the oven. Food processor 30 minutes at 170 grams.

Cook pasta until al dente. Pump. Spread the pasta on a warm plate, cover chicken. Pour the sauce. That's what happened!
