Salmon with pistachio squash puree
Very simple and quick dish.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Pistachios

    2 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

  • Parmesan

    1 Tbsp

1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Fish RUB with salt, pepper and butter. Put on foil, sprinkle the top with pistachios. Bake for 5-7 minutes, depending on the size of the piece.

2. Zucchini clean from the skin, cut into cube, boil in a little water until soft.

3. The zucchini then place in a blender bowl, add the pepper and lemon juice and punch into a puree. Then add the Parmesan and stir.

On a plate put the potatoes, fish and decorate as desired. Bon appetit!
