Description
Mussels... I have a Very ambiguous attitude towards them. Therefore, thinking through the recipe with them, I assumed more of the other components of the recipe. This combination seemed the most delicious. And I was not wrong. Really, really tasty. And easy!

Cooking
The mussels I use are frozen, the other, unfortunately, no.
Mussels cooked and frozen, so the sash open.
Bacon cut into 1 cm strips 1 clove of garlic crushed.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Fry the bacon to the crust. Lay the bacon slices on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
In the fat remaining in the pan, put the mussels with the chopped garlic. Pour Apple juice and 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce. Cover with a lid and keep on heat for 3 minutes to warm up the mussels.
While basking mussels, dry on a dry pan slices of bread. Mix 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce Kikkoman, remaining olive oil and the grated garlic (2 cloves).
The mixture to cover bread.
Mussels remove. Remaining sauce to warm for another minute. Pepper, add parsley, and rinds.
Pour the mussels with the sauce and serve with the croutons. It's really delicious!
