Description

Mackerel with buckwheat
I was very surprised not to find on the website one of my favorite recipes with mackerel! It's very simple and something, maybe trivial, but I still decided to share his idea)) Suddenly someone come in handy. The fish turns out delicious, buckwheat is not dry and flavorful, a great idea for dinner, lunch or a friendly chat in good company)))

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Buckwheat

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Buckwheat boil (even better if she were, for example, from dinner))) In a separate container, mix the coriander, garlic, lemon juice and rosemary, a little bit rubs in more or less homogeneous mass))
step-1
Mackerel gutting (the head I leave, if you wish), wash well. Salt, pepper and stuffed with porridge. Next put the cleaned mushrooms. Back lubricates our aromatic blend and pack in foil.
step-2
Sent in a preheated 190* oven. After 20 minutes open the foil and a little podrumyanim. I've not baked (although ruddy back looks much more beautiful)) so as not to overdry the fish.
