Description
Delicious pie on the cottage cheese dough with apples and dried cherries, the gentle yogurt fill. The ingredients given in the recipe for a large pie. I made mini-quiche.

Cooking
To softened butter add sugar, curd, flour with baking powder, a pinch of salt. Knead the dough and put in the fridge for 20-25 minutes.
Wash apples, cut into halves. Half of the apples cut into slices, half of the apples to make an incision in the form of an accordion (to put aside).
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, put into a form, filling out the sides.
Lay the Apple slices on the dough.
Distribute the dried cherries to the apples.
Sprinkle incised in the form of concertina apples.
For filling, mix yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and eggs.
Bake in a preheated 200 degrees in the oven for 35 minutes.
Cool. Cut into pieces a La carte.
