This Apple pie is incredibly simple to prepare, so it's perfect to treat unexpected guests. Preparing also very fast!

Cooking
Cherries wash, sort and remove seeds. Gently squeeze the juice from the cherries and pour it into a separate container. It won't be needed. The cherries need to pour half of the sugar that we have prepared.
Next, cut the crusts off bread, and cut the crumb into thin slices.
In a bowl pour milk, add to eggs, sugar and vanillin (or vanilla sugar). In this bowl put the slices of bread, how should I coat them on both sides and place on a prepared pan (greased with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs). Lay out the slices so the entire surface of the pan, tightly folding the pieces of bread together.
Next put a layer of cherries. Before doing this it must mix well in a bowl with the sugar, so the sugar is distributed evenly on the cherry. Cover the layer of cherries with the remaining slices of bread, soaked in the same mixture. Fill up the pie with remaining milk-egg mixture and put in hot oven.
Bake the cobbler until Golden brown. Take out from the oven and allow to cool a little in shape. From the top you can sprinkle sugar powder, mixed with vanilla sugar.
