Brass lamb cutlets with vegetables
Most of my favorite meat is lamb! However, simply roasted lamb meat is quite fatty, so I had to try different ways of preparing this meat. Today I share with You their signature burgers, proven, favorite recipe)

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Cauliflower

    2 handful

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Basil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spinach

    4 handful

  • Cherry tomatoes

    16 piece

Cooking

This is our main products for meatballs. I cooked 250g of meat, for reference, to clarify that the weight of vegetables was 180g.

Meat scroll through a meat grinder 2 times along with onions, garlic and cauliflower. Add grated on a small grater zucchini and carrots, finely chopped Basil, cheese.

And really all mix well, adding soy sauce, egg and ground pepper to taste.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees using a spoon forming small meatballs and put in a refractory form, pre-greased with vegetable oil. Sent Kotel in the oven for 30 minutes.
