Meatballs with quail eggs in teriyaki sauce. Dish in Asian style. Spicy chicken meatballs stuffed with quail eggs. Very tasty, elegant look, decorate a Christmas table! In the recipe used two kinds of soy sauce from Kikkoman.

  • Minced chicken

    400 g

  • Quail egg

    8 piece

  • Sesame

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Onion

    0.25 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Eggs boil 2 minutes on low heat, clean. Wash greens and ginger, peel the onion and garlic.
