Casserole of cauliflower
Tasty, tender casserole of cauliflower with the addition of corn flakes.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    550 g

  • Corn flakes

    100 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Turmeric

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce

Cooking

Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences and place in boiling water. Cook for three minutes.

Drain the water and chop the cabbage.

Add the crushed cereal, egg.

Put cream cheese.

Onions to chop.

Add a pinch of turmeric. ( I add it in everywhere. )

Add in cabbage minced 1 tbsp olive oil mix well.

Flakes crushed in a mortar for the topping.

Pan greased with olive oil and reheat on the stove. On the bottom of the pan sprinkle with cereal and put the cabbage stuffing.

Flatten the stuffing and sprinkle the top with cereal. Put the pan in the hot oven and bake for about 30 minutes - 35 at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Casserole is ready.

Cut it into portions and serve.

Served with casserole vegetables and herbs.

I was served with tomatoes, cucumbers and Basil. Eat it with sauce Kikkoman. Only ml. son with sour cream.
