Vegetable curry with rice
A tasty dish for those who do not consume meat or loves vegetables. Indian curry really enriches the taste of vegetables, and to cook we will of healthy broccoli, cauliflower and juicy green peas.

Rice to cook according to the instructions on the package.

Cauliflower and broccoli disassemble on inflorescences, onion cut into half rings, crush the garlic. Frozen green peas to get in advance, let thaw slightly.

In hot oil fry the onion and garlic, add curry and ground ginger. Then add to the onions cauliflower and pour in the stock, cover and cook for 10 minutes until half-cooked cabbage, add the broccoli - cook for another 5-7 minutes, add green peas and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
