Chicken kebabs with pineapple-potato coat
Simple, but so delicious kebabs with an unusual sweet taste. Their perfectly complements the rice "Mistral".

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Potato flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Egg white

  • Soy sauce

Ingredients. The pineapple can take both fresh and canned. Put water for rice, add salt and after boiling, cook according to instructions.

Protein whip. Pineapple put in blender and make puree. Add soy sauce, juice, potato flakes, protein. Mix everything carefully.

Fillet cut into small cubes and put on skewers (they should be pre-soaked in water for several hours (I do overnight), so they do not burn during baking). Roll in flour.

Grind the nuts in the walnut crumbs and mix with the breadcrumbs. Dip first into pineapple mixture and then in breadcrumbs. Spread in a greased form.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes (Can be in the grill for 10 minutes) serve Immediately with prepared rice.
