Delicious and flavorful chicken drumsticks in batter-pouring of warm milk and millet cereal. At the tender flavorful meat filling. Served to the table with cranberry sauce D arbo.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    200 g

  • Berry sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    0.333 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk ghee

    1.5 cup

  • Wheat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Chicken boil in salted water with the addition of rosemary. Cooking time 30 minutes.
