Pancakes of boiled fish
Incredibly delicious, light pancakes! I really like to eat them hot by pouring on top of the cranberry sauce D arbo, and drink sweet tea.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Pepper white

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Berry sauce

Cooking

In a bowl whisk yogurt with eggs and a pinch of salt.

Add the melted butter.

Add flour, pepper, stir well and leave for 20-30 minutes.

I had a boiled pike. You can take walleye or other white fish with a neutral taste.

The fish should be disassembled from the bones and crumble in small pieces. Fish 300 g.

The fish are sent to the batter and stir well. Pieces of boiled fish should "dissolve" in the test. Add baking soda and stir.

Fry pancakes in a pan greased with vegetable oil on both sides.
