Buckwheat-mushroom burgers with pickled grapes
Very tasty burgers two at a buckwheat with mushrooms, fried in vegetable oil IDEAL, delicious served with pickled grapes - a very harmonious combination.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    0.66 cup

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Garlic powder

    1 tsp

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Grapes

    200 g

  • Water

    100 g

  • Vinegar

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Carnation

    2 piece

Cooking

Cook buckwheat in 2 cups of water.

Vegetable oil is IDEAL to fry the finely chopped onion.

To add to it and saute until tender boletus.

Using blender, chop the mushroom and buckwheat ground in a single, uniform mince. Add salt and garlic to taste.

To form patties, roll them in crushed oat flakes and fry both sides in vegetable oil IDEAL.

Prepare pickled grapes. Bring to boil all ingredients of the marinade.

The grapes are cut from the stems and pour boiling marinade. Leave for a few hours and you can eat
