Fillet with vegetables and mushrooms
Very tasty, creamy dish. Tender meat, scented with mushrooms and vegetables, with just a hint of garlic.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • The processed cheese

    45 g

Cooking

Chicken fillet (or breast)wash, DAB with a paper towel, cut into medium-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste and leave to marinate.

Cut onion into half rings, pepper-small cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater.

In frying pan, pour 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil and fry the onion for 1-2 minutes.

Add carrots and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the peppers and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add fillets, fry for 2 minutes. Add a (pre-processed mushrooms, I got mushrooms-boiled)mushrooms, sliced not too big, fry for 2 minutes. Pour into the pan a little water, diminish the fire to a minimum. Cover with a lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Add processed cheese, cut into small cubes, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add finely chopped garlic and sour cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. The finished dish sprinkle with parsley.
