Vegetable pan with sausage
Very tasty and hearty dish! Prepared of products which are always in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sausage

    250 g

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Allspice

Cooking

New potatoes, cleaned, cut into small pieces. Cabbage are cut and put together with potatoes on a heated pan with sunflower oil.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater and add to the pan.

Tomato cut into slices. Zucchini cut into cubes, put in sauce pan.

Sausage cut in half and put in pan. Sauté the vegetables and sausage over high heat. Pepper, salt

Two minutes before end of cooking add to the pan pepper, cut into strips and garlic, cut into circles. Turn off the heat and add parsley or other greens.
