Fish stew with vegetables and cumin

Ingredients

  • Fish

    200 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Chili

    0.25 piece

For cooking take the fish, the main thing that was few bones. I have a pink. Clean, cut into fillets (I do not remove skin), cut into pieces 2 cm, dry paper towel, pour lemon juice, set aside.

Vegetables wash, peel. Onion, bell pepper and zucchini cut into strips. Garlic and chilli finely chop.

Take a pan, pour olive oil and fry the onion over high heat for 2 minutes until it will turn brown.

Put pepper and zucchini, simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.

Put the garlic, chilli and half the norm of cumin, salt. Stir.

Move vegetables to the edges of the pan and put in the middle of the fish (in one layer).

Fry fish 2 minutes, turn over each slice, pour all the lemon juice, sprinkle with the remaining cumin. Add salt as needed. Fry for another 2 minutes.

Stir the stew, the lid closed, disconnect the fire. Let it soak up the fish juices for 3 minutes.

Serve the stew hot in a frying pan, sprinkled with chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
