Diet carrot cake Starbucks on Ducane
Good day to all! I'm sure that this famous carrot cake already prepared many of you, and those who still do not, offer you not to hesitate – it's delicious and unusual. Thanks to my good friend for this recipe!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bran

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Yogurt

  • Sugar

Prepare the cake for the carrot cake:in a blender grind carrots into a puree.

Measure out the desired amount of oat bran. Grind bran in a coffee grinder or using a blender (I have not granulated). Whisk the eggs, add milk (kefir) and bran. All mix and leave for 5 minutes to swell bran. Weigh the remaining dry ingredients: starch, baking powder and sweetener. (I just all mixed in a blender).

Pour the batter into a silicone form (I have size 22 cm). Bake the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes. In some embodiments, this recipe is requested to prepare the dough in the pan to reheat, brush with a few drops of vegetable oil, evenly spread the batter and fry on a slow fire with the lid closed 2.5-3 minutes on each side.

Prepare the cream:cheese ingredients according to taste mix in a blender (I wanted to add carrots).

If too thick, stir in a little yogurt (mine is 20g).

Here's the cream.

1 time I baked the cake in the oven,2 times in the microwave: 4 minutes on one side;

Cut into 4 pieces and

Turned (barely turns over, so I cut).

Baked another 4 minutes (part of the cake looked like charred pieces of bread;but the taste is wonderful).

Coat each layer of cake with cream and put on top of each other.
