Description
Very tasty and not dry cake. Oil fill permeates the cake giving it a delicate flavor. Sweet crispy crust is formed of corn flakes and walnuts.

Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar, add sour cream, vanilla and vegetable oil.
Add flour and soda. Mix well (I use mixer).
Whisk the whites in a solid foam. Add to the dough and parasivam until smooth.
Baking tray lay a baking paper. Distribute the batter evenly. Note: it is not recommended to use a split mold, since the cakes may leak oil fill.
Put in preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees. Meanwhile, grind nuts and corn flakes.
Melt on low heat butter. Add milk and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and add chopped nuts and cereal.
Pie bake for around 20 minutes Then remove it from the oven and cover the top with filling. Put again in the oven until tender, also about 20 min.
Turn off the oven and leave the cake to cool. Then cut the cake into pieces and served with tea.
