Ginger cakes with prunes Breakfast
I propose to start a Sunny spring morning with a Cup of tea and fragrant ginger cake with prunes!!! Tortillas are the perfect complement to the jam and cream cheese, giving them a zest

Ingredients

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Prunes

    40 g

  • Flour

    40 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    40 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    30 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Jam

  • Cheese curd

  • Sesame

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Milk

    20 ml

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

Cooking

Mix butter (room temperature) with the sifted flour, both kinds, grind into crumbs.

Prunes wash, dry and cut into small pieces

Add to flour mixture, the prunes, baking powder, vanilla, salt, ginger, cinnamon and turmeric, stir.

Add the yoghurt.

Knead the dough, it will be a little lipoate.
