Cooking
The dough: warm the yogurt mix with sugar and yeast and allow to stand for 20 minutes to the yeast woke up. Then add the mayonnaise, eggs, butter and salt. Stir and we pour the flour and leave the dough to rest for 2 hours, I left overnight in the fridge.
Filling: boil 15 eggs and chop, add finely chopped onion, tablespoon mayonnaise, teaspoon salt, butter and raw egg.

This dough can be fried and baked, I fried. Before cooking let it rise for 30 min.
