Description
The combination of pork ribs and spicy tomato marinade just incredibly delicious. Meat is very rich due to the fact that for a long time languishing in the juice, and then gets crispy by cooking under the grill. Help yourselves, friends!

Cooking
First cut the ribs into pieces. And will prepare starch and soy sauce.
Marinate the ribs in soy sauce, leave for 10 minutes. Blot with a tissue and then roll the starch on all sides.
In a pan heat the oil and fry the ribs until Golden brown with 2 sides.
Vegetables cut into large chunks. I use the corn of the packages that is pre-boiled, and then hermetically Packed.
In a pan lay out the vegetables, add the sauce to the wok and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in the white wine, add star anise and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Dip the meat into the vegetables, make sure that the juice covers the pieces of meat almost completely. If necessary to pour the wine.
Send the vegetables in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes, then turn on the grill and leave for another 10 minutes. The ribs are ready, remove, put on plate and serve. For me it was a discovery, as amazingly well white light wine and pork. The taste is certainly worth a try for everyone.
