Description

Pizza Cornetto (Mount Cornetto. Pizza)
Pizza There of course, was invented to have on the go, so to speak, a variant of street-food. But I wanted to cook it at home for a change. I liked the fact that this type of pizza is a La carte. Pizza There are also rich variety of toppings as regular pizzas, but I for the first time tried a very simple version - two kinds of cheese and salami. Also, for simplicity, I used ready-made dough, but next time I will make their, home. I want to draw your attention to homemade pizza sauce. It turns out very tasty, juicy!

Cooking

step-0
The dough is defrosted, roll out thinly (!) and cut a circle. I used a large plate and a knife. The dough is rolled with a roller with spikes or poke with a fork. To do 2 laps.
step-1
Each circle is divided into 2 parts. The parchment lay on a baking sheet, brush with butter and spread on it half of the circles. Bake at 250 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Will not overdry it!!! Otherwise roll Cornett will be very difficult. The dough should be covered with a crust and a little yellow.
step-2
Make a sauce: tomato paste slightly diluted with boiled cold water, add spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar. Mix everything carefully.
step-3
Prepare the filling: sausage thinly slice, soft cheese crumble, hard to RUB.
step-4
Take high tin cans of drink, cut off the top, carefully wash and cut the top into strips, like "sun".
step-5
The baked half circles carefully (hot!) a collapsible kineticom and inserted into the prepared jars. Should be done quickly until hardened.
step-6
Lubricates cornetti sauce with a cooking brush.
step-7
Fill with stuffing and down, put the soft cheese, then sausage and cheese.
step-8
Again, put bake: at 180 degrees and bake 8-10 minutes. That's all There pizza's ready!
