Chicken with buckwheat
This recipe is improvisation. My family liked it here and decided to share.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Buckwheat

    1.5 cup

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Chicken legs cut in half, add to them the garlic, passed through chesnokodavilku, salt, pepper, spices (to your taste) and leave for at least half an hour

Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater. And fry until Golden brown.

Then dilute the tomato paste with water, add in onions and carrots and fry for 5 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes

Optionally, you can pre-fry chicken legs in the oven until Golden brown (sorry, the photo light)

Put the meat onions and carrots

Pour the buckwheat and cover with water. And in the oven for 30-40 minutes
