Schnitzel fish or fish in a cheese blanket
All lovers of fish, more precisely salmon. Salmon for this recipe will never be dry. Well, as a hot appetizer, it is just good.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    110 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. In a wide bowl, mix mayonnaise (or sour cream or yogurt will do), cheese, eggs and flour. If the mass is very thick, add 1 tablespoon of water.

Fish roll in flour and completely coat the ground.

In a pan (preferably cast iron) pour oil and heat it. The oil should be hot necessarily. Otherwise will stick, not peel off.

Put the fish and fry until light brown, about 2-3 minutes and flip to other side for another 2-3 min.
