Cooking
Our ingredients are. Fish shaped and sliced.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. In a wide bowl, mix mayonnaise (or sour cream or yogurt will do), cheese, eggs and flour. If the mass is very thick, add 1 tablespoon of water.
Fish roll in flour and completely coat the ground.
In a pan (preferably cast iron) pour oil and heat it. The oil should be hot necessarily. Otherwise will stick, not peel off.
Put the fish and fry until light brown, about 2-3 minutes and flip to other side for another 2-3 min.
Put in the oven for about 20 minutes at t =180. On the surface, you should see bubbles. Like on the surface of boiling oil, I mean.
