Cooking
On the tray lay baking paper, grease with vegetable oil, cut onion half-rings and a thick layer laid under the fish, pre-salted.
Inside and on top of fish put cut into half rings tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon.
Neatly wrapped in paper and held together by toothpicks. Put in oven about 40 min.
Unfold, and we get a juicy steamed fish.
Put in oven for 10-15 min until lightly Golden brown.
Fish it turns out, practically stuffed with onions and tomatoes. Cut into portions, decorate with slice of lemon, tomato, greens. Bon appetit!
