Description
Unbelievable but true - in most countries the most popular Russian dish is beef Stroganoff. Slavic borders few people recognize, and so the second place is Ukrainian borsch. Third place was given to the pies. In my family, "Stroganov" method of cooking meat is respected. I have tried different variations of this recipe. As a result, I found "my" taste. I want to share with you. If you do not like - delete.

Cooking
Mushrooms cut and fry in olive oil no more than 5 min.
Tomato peel and seeds, cut into cubes.
Fry in butter until soft and puree.
Onion cut into half rings, to disassemble the feathers.
Onion spread on a pan with hot oil.
On top of the onion spread the meat.
Fry the meat for 5 minutes each side, turn when the bow do not touch, do not allow the meat to come into contact with the pan and boil.
After this time add the mushrooms and pour 100 ml of wine.
Mix sour cream with tomato peresadkoi and mustard.
Add black and red pepper, paprika, and salt. Pour the mixture into the pan, stir, cover, simmer 30 min. Over 5 min. until tender add 100 ml of wine, the cover is not closed, mix thoroughly and after 5 minutes remove from heat.
Pork Stroganoff is ready. Favorite side dish in my family is spaghetti. Bon appetit!!!
