Mushroom soup
Dear friends, cream soup I love! A sample of a favorite recipe to offer! It is so delicious and very simple! Soup a velvety, creamy, delicate mushroom!

Ingredients

  • Broth

    600 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Mushrooms and onions chop, fry in vegetable oil until soft for 15-20 minutes, season with salt and pepper

Lay out fried mushrooms with onions in a blender, add 1/3 of the broth, and grind until creamy.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom, melt the butter, add the flour

Fry flour with butter well mixed (no lumps) 1-2 minutes

Then add the chopped mushrooms, pour the remaining broth and bring to a boil — cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add cream, bring to boil, add spices if necessary and remove from heat.

The soup is ready. Serve with croutons
