Pasta with artichokes and tomatoes
I have recently been experimenting with different recipes of pasta with sauces, as they are quick and easy to prepare, and they are perfect for a family dinner or even for unexpected guests. Today I have a recipe with artichokes, don't know if you have it, but you see, he is in the list of ingredients for the site, so you girls with him, too familiar.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    225 g

  • Parmesan

    0.25 cup

  • Bow white

    0.25 cup

  • Olive oil

    0.25 cup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    800 g

  • Artichoke

    170 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Spices

  • Basil

Cooking

1. Heat oil and to it add the chopped onions and fry for 5 minutes.

2. Then add chopped garlic and fry another 30 seconds.

3. Then add the tomatoes and their juice, stir.

4. Here are the artichokes.

5. Add to the tomatoes artichokes (without juice), salt, pepper and spices, cook 10 minutes until thick.

6. Then add green onions, stir and turn off.

7. Yet all of us is being prepared, cook the pasta according to instructions on the package. Drain, leaving 1/4 Cup of the water in which cooked pasta. To combine pasta, 1/4 Cup water, and Parmesan, mix well.

8. Add the pasta to the sauce and stir. Serve with Basil and Parmesan cheese.
