Chicken with dumplings
A simple and tasty dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.3 l

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

Chicken cut into small pieces, onion arbitrarily, but not finely. Lightly fry them in a skillet in butter.

Prepare the dumplings. In flour add water, salt , egg and knead the dough.

Roll out the dough thickness of 5 mm and cut into squares 1.5 x 1.5 cm

Boil in salted water with the addition of saffron or turmeric (it will give a beautiful color) and recline in a colander.

Fried chicken join with dumplings, add salt , water (200 ml) mayonnaise and chopped dill, cover with a lid and stew until ready.
