Vegetable casserole with eggs
Easter soon, you will visit each other's homes and give their eggs and will eventually be the N-th number, which is somewhere you want to apply, and here's the recipe..... may come in handy.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Chop the onion and lightly fry in vegetable oil.

Potatoes, eggs and zucchini slice. If the zucchini are large, too, fry a little.

Refractory form lightly grease with butter and put layers: potatoes, zucchini, and onions. And again for the encore - potatoes, zucchini.

Cook the sauce. To do this, melt the butter and quickly fry the flour.

Gradually pour the cream and stir well to avoid lumps. When the mass is homogeneous, add the mustard and stir again. Add salt and if needed add sugar.
