Description

Pork in sweet and sour sauce
The meat cooks very quickly, is soft, goes well with rice. The taste is sweet and sour. (Sorry for the photo quality).

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Pork cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil in a well heated pan for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

In meat carrots, cut into small cubes, sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then add bell pepper, diced, and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Usually take the red pepper, but had red-green).

Add the onions, stir, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

While the vegetables with the meat simmered, mix the tomato paste and sugar. Add to the pan, stir and after 5 minutes, remove from heat. Cover and let stand for another 5 minutes. Ready! (If you did it a lot, just a little bit of boiled water but it's optional).
