Fish Volzhsky
A very tasty dish of burbot. This recipe is very simple and very inexpensive.

Ingredients

  • Burbot

    2 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

  • Mayonnaise

Clean and chop the fish.
