I bought large mushrooms and decided to see what happens. Here is the result.

Cooking
There are a huge overgrown with a few mushrooms, here they need. My mushrooms. Clean and chop in small cubes onion.
The stuffing mix with the onion, add salt, pepper and eggs. All mix well.
Stuff the mushrooms. Put in a preheated 180 degrees oven.
When the dish is almost ready take out from the oven and sprinkle with cheese. Leave until cooked.
Serve with boiled potatoes and vegetables.
