Couscous with pine nuts and dried cranberries
Plain couscous with nuts and cranberries. A little unusual, but very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Couscous

    250 g

  • Pine nuts

    0.25 cup

  • Cranberry

    0.25 cup

Prepare the couscous. 300 ml of water brought to a boil, add 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, turn off the stove. Fill with couscous, close the pan with a lid.

In olive oil fry the pine nuts until Golden brown, add dried cranberries and cook for 2 minutes. The nuts and cranberries added to the couscous and mix well. When serving, sprinkle with chopped cilantro. BON APPETIT!
