Description
Very flavorful, original tart with interesting flavor combinations. Air batter on the beer with buckwheat flour, fresh plum, the aroma of gingerbread spices... Ingredients sold in any shop. Pie is simple to prepare. It is not only good for the home tea cosy in the chilly autumn evening, but also will decorate a festive table. Prepared strictly according to the recipe of chef Jaroslava. Cooking
Mix two kinds of flour, spices, soda, salt.
Sugar mix with vanilla sugar, add butter. Beat.
While continuing to whisk, to enter the egg, half of the beer.
Pour a third of the flour. Mix Parts to enter the beer and flour mixture. Knead the dough.
Plum wash, dry, remove seeds and cut each into four pieces.
In prepared pan diameter 24 cm put the dough, flatten. Arrange plums, slightly pushing it into the dough. Put in the preheated oven.
Bake at 180C for 40 - 45 minutes. Ready pie to cool 10 minutes in pan, then on wire rack. The cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
