Description
Baked potatoes can be different! In this recipe - tender spinach and milk "notes" sour cream and cottage cheese, with a twist of roasted pine nuts and baked cheese. It's worth a try!

Boil the potatoes about 20 minutes in salted water
Lightly fry in a dry frying pan pine nuts (pine)
1 tbsp. butter fry chopped onion
To the onions add the spinach to the stew until the liquid evaporates. Add 1 tbsp sour cream
Add 50 g of cheese. Stir and turn the heat off.

chilled potatoes cut in half lengthwise. Remove the nitty gritty (it was convenient to use a spoon for ice cream)
Midway potato chop and mix with spinach-sour cream & cottage cheese, salt and pepper, stuff the potato halves
Spread potato halves in a greased form, spread on top of nuts
slightly and sprinkle with cheese and Send in the oven for 20 minutes at t 200°C.
