Vegetable fritters with salsa
These pancakes I make often, not only during lent. They are so delicious, with holes through the mineral water that they just can't break away, and the salsa is a good complement!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Mineral water

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Let's start with cooking the pancakes, for this you need a bowl pour the sifted flour, salt, sugar and baking powder, mix well.

Pour into a bowl of mineral water and mix well, then add vegetable oil and mix again, the dough should have the consistency of liquid sour cream.

Preheat the pan with vegetable oil and using a tablespoon to form fritters, and fry them on both sides over medium heat until it will turn brown.

To prepare salsa, peel the avocado, remove the bone and cut it into cubes.

From tomatoes to remove seeds and excess liquid and cut into cubes.

Fold chopped foods into a bowl and pour the Kikkoman soy sauce, lemon juice, vegetable oil, pepper and mix well.
