Cooking
Flakes and semolina mix and pour the kefir a good stir and leave for 1-2 hours.
When the mixture rises, stir it. Add baking soda, repaid lemon juice, salt, sugar and eggs. Add 3 tbsp oil and mix well. Grate the Apple on a fine grater and add to the mixture. Stir.
Fry pancakes on both sides in a well heated pan with vegetable oil. I served with sour cream.
