Cooking
In the bowl of the bread machine put the ingredients for the dough in the following sequence-in the ode, flour, olive oil, salt, sugar and yeast. Enable the Dough.
Basmati rice boil until tender.
For the filling, clean the onion and fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes, add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, cook stirring occasionally, over medium heat. Add boiled rice, chopped green onion, mix well, the stuffing is ready.
The dough and leave to rise in a warm place. Then divide into 2 portions, roll out one part, put in a round pan, greased.
In the middle put a saucer. The dough at the edges to grease with melted butter, liberally sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Remove the saucer, put the filling in the middle of the dough.
Roll out second layer of dough, spread on top of pie, press edges of dough to filling.
The edges of the dough to cut up toppings.
Take 2 of each petal notched edges, one petal twist to the right, the other left, and so with all the petals.
Give the cake to rise in a warm place, grease with egg yolk the middle and liberally sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake pie until done in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 40 minutes. Bon appetit!
