Turkey in cream sauce
The recipe comes from the newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda", and the recipe I modified. Prepared on weekends, insanely delicious it turned out! Very soft, tender meat and tasty sauce =) I advise Everyone!!!)))

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Paprika sweet

1. Turkey fillet to beat off to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

6. Meanwhile, make the sauce. For this purpose, the cherry tomatoes, finely chop, cheese grate on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and paprika (as you like, can do without it, but for me it is better :-) ), all mix.
