Cooking
1. Turkey fillet to beat off to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
2. Beat eggs with a fork.
3. In flour, add salt to taste, I added about 1 teaspoon.
4. Coat the Turkey in flour, then dip in the egg...
5. ...and fry on a hot griddle.
I even sprinkled some pepper through the mill.
6. Meanwhile, make the sauce. For this purpose, the cherry tomatoes, finely chop, cheese grate on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and paprika (as you like, can do without it, but for me it is better :-) ), all mix.
7. The finished sauce pour the Turkey and serve! =)
