Very simple and tasty! This recipe can be used when just fried fish was tired!; )

Cooking
Clean the fish, gutting, removing fins. On the back make the incisions. RUB with salt and pepper.
Carrots three on a coarse grater. Onion cut into half rings (thin).
Take a sheet of foil (this size to have enough to wrap the fish 3 times), spread on her half shredded carrots, top with half of the onion.
This "litter" put the fish on top of it and the remaining onions and then the carrots.
Wrap it all in foil (wrap tightly to avoid holes, otherwise through them will flow the juice will burn and smell!) and put this bundle into the pan. Put in preheated oven for 20 minutes, then turn over and another 20 min.
All! You can eat! Turn carefully, look out for hot steam!
