Lean lemon gingerbread
Gingerbread with a refreshing lemon taste and slight apricot sour is prepared in the post is not the first year. I especially like that the oils in it quite a bit and cook it quickly and easily! Taste price changes if instead of the prunes, use raisins, dates, candied fruit or dried apricots and walnuts replace with any other.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Prunes

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

Cooking

Mix the sugar, ground nuts and cocoa. Mix well.

Add the vegetable oil, jam (I used strawberry jam), chopped prunes and lemon, chopped in blender with small amount of water.

Dissolve soda in remaining water and add to the dough. Mix well. Got this the fluffy mass.

While stirring, gradually add the flour ( I was out 1.5 – 2 cups). The dough should be in consistency like a thick cream. Put into a form.

Bake at 180° for about 40 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick. When the gingerbread has cooled a little smear of apricot jam.
