Cooking
Prepare the pancakes. Mix milk, eggs and salt. Add flour and stir until smooth. Then add the butter and beat in to the batter. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then, bake pancakes, greasing the pan when necessary with sunflower oil.
First prepare the filling of the pineapple. Cut the pineapple in half and in half again. Remove the hard middle. Then cut another in half and peeled. And cut into plates with a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
Put on trays with pergamentnoy paper. Grease with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Now prepare the sauce. In a saucepan mix brown sugar, butter, syrup, cream, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Bring to a boil and boil on medium heat for about 4 minutes until light thick. Then remove from heat, add rum and stir.
In the middle of the pancake put half of the cooked pineapple (about 3 tbsp for each pancake)
Cover with the second half
Put on tarelku, pour the sauce and sprinkle with prepared topping.
