I don't know why a cake, but the transmission on TV it was called "zucchini Cake". And I have pumpkin (fresh!)lying around in holodilnike.

Cooking
My zucchini, if you are young, then immediately grate on medium grater, if not, then peel, remove seeds and then three. Sprinkle with salt and leave.
Finely chop the onion, grate the pumpkin
Fry a little in butter.
Eggs, flour and baking powder mix.
Then add onion and pumpkin, zucchini squeeze the fluid and also add salt, pepper to taste and stir
On a heated pan pour some oil and pour our mixture on low heat fry the other side.
