Millet muffins with raspberry jam
Not everyone likes millet. Here I have family in the same situation. Bake the cupcakes. Eat all, both small and large, are not thinking about this mess. Very suitable millet flakes of TM Mistral.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Jam

    4 tsp

  • Cream

    30 g

  • Topping pastry

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

Cooking

Took Breakfast cereals millet TM Mistral. Poured them in a glass. The milk is warmed and poured in the cereal. Put the glass to flakes swelled. Started making the dough.
