Pumpkin Muffins with a whole wheat crust with rosemary
Whole wheat flour is famous for its useful properties. If you follow the figure and supporter of healthy eating ― then this recipe is for you!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Rosemary

    3 sprig

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Pumpkin

    240 g

  • Water

  • Pumpkin seeds

    3 Tbsp

Ingredients.

Pumpkin cooked in sugar syrup and cut into small cubes. Drain in a sieve to stack the extra syrup. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Prepare the muffin cups.

Sift the flour, baking powder into a large bowl. Separately mix the eggs, yogurt, milk, honey, sugar and vegetable oil.

Combine the two mixes with a whisk. Add the finely chopped rosemary. Gently stir in the pumpkin.

Put the dough in shape. Put the pumpkin slices and sprinkle with seeds.

Bake for 30 minutes at 170 °C.
