Brisket Turkey Holiday
Delicious, beautiful, simple light. No mayonnaise, no fat, no frying. Ideal for a children's table.

Ingredients

  • Brisket

    0.5 piece

  • Celery root

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Salt

  • Corn starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

I bought a whole Turkey breast (butterfly )weighing about 4 kg only Used half of it. From it cut out a flat piece weighing approximately - 1.2 kg.

The meat cover with water. When boiling, add celery, onions, carrots and Turmeric. Cook over low heat for 1 hour. 15 minutes before end of cooking add salt (to taste).

Remove meat from broth and cool. Better to leave overnight in the fridge. The broth is also cooling, it is still useful to us.

Chilled meat cut with a sharp knife into pieces with a thickness of 1cm.

Form of grease with vegetable oil and spread the meat. You can "fan" or "scales".

Boil 4стакана broth. Add the mushrooms and pepper (to taste).

Corn starch can be replaced with potato starch or flour. Dilute it in a little cold water. Stirring constantly, add it to the broth. Once thick, remove from heat.
